Hi I'm Emma and I specialise in supporting women with stress and anxiety experiencing anxiety. I am from Nottingham and you may have found me because you are from Nottingham or live in one of the surrounding areas of Nottingham such as; Derby, Derbyshire, Leicester, Lincolnshire, Lincoln, Birmingham and Loughborough. Although I am based in Nottingham I cover all of these areas throughout the East Midlands, Midlands and beyond (UK and Worldwide) as I offer online support.
