I know what it feels like because I’ve lived it. I’d just received a promotion I’d worked so hard to achieve when I was involved in a car accident, and overnight, everything changed. The brain injury, anxiety, PTSD, fatigue and chronic pain made my life feel unrecognisable. As any high-achieving, perfectionist, people-pleaser would, I pushed through until I hit my ultimate burnout.

Something had to change. That process of healing transformed my life, and today I support women in Nottingham and across the UK to find their own freedom from anxiety and burnout; not by managing it better, but by resolving it at the root

 

With over 17 years of clinical experience, I’m a registered Social Worker with Social Work England, a qualified therapist and clinical hypnotherapist, trained in CBT, DBT, trauma-informed practice, breathwork, and emotional regulation. I am in Nottingham and work online with women across the UK.
