Question 1

What types of anxiety do you help with?

Accepted Answer

I work with generalised anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, high-functioning anxiety, panic attacks, and burnout-related anxiety. Many of my clients are women in leadership or high-pressure careers who also experience perfectionism, people-pleasing, imposter syndrome, and chronic overthinking.

Question 2

How is this different from what I've already tried?

Accepted Answer

Most approaches manage anxiety at the surface. The Freedom Formula™ goes to the root cause — working with the subconscious mind and nervous system to resolve what's actually driving the anxiety, not just cope with the symptoms.

Question 3

Do you work online?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I live in Nottingham and I work with women across the UK online via secure video call. My clients find that working with me online fits more easily into their lives. They also find that they feel more comfortable and able to relax, which aids the work we do together, especially hypnotherapy.

Question 4

How many sessions will I need?

Accepted Answer

It depends on where you are. Some women experience significant shifts from just one transformational session. My signature 1-1 Freedom programme runs over four months for deeper, lasting transformation. We’ll talk about what’s right for you on your free Freedom Consultation Call.

Question 5

What happens on the free consultation call?

Accepted Answer

It’s a relaxed conversation where we talk about where you are now, what you’d like to experience instead, and I’ll explain how I work. There’s no pressure and no obligation. It’s simply a chance to see if we’re a good fit and to map out your path to calm, confidence, and balance.

Question 6

What is the investment to work together?

Accepted Answer

The level of support depends on what you need, so during our call we’ll explore what would be most helpful for you and the investment involved. To give you a guide: Breakthrough Session £222 – A focused one-off session designed to help you gain clarity, release blocks and move forward with a clear plan. The Freedom 1-1 Programme (4 months) £1,997 – My signature 1-1 programme designed for deeper and lasting change. Payment plans are available.
