I am super excited for you for choosing to experience hypnotherapy.

This session is designed to guide you through the gentle process of hypnosis, allowing you to relax deeply and discover for yourself the calm state that hypnotherapy can offer. By the end of this session, you’ll have a chance to experience what hypnosis feels like and answer that common question for yourself: Can I be hypnotised?

You absolutely can - hypnosis is a state that we all experience every day - we just don't call it this - it's the state you experience when you are daydreaming, lose track of time or are on autopilot and before your sleep state.

I trust that this experience will allow you to explore the powerful, natural state of hypnosis in a supportive and gentle way. Simply follow the instructions below, allow yourself to relax, and let the session guide you.

HOW TO GET THE

OUT OF THIS EXPERIENCE

most

Find a Quiet, Comfortable Place and Set Aside Distractions

Choose a setting where you won’t be disturbed, preferably where you can lie down or sit back comfortably. Ensure your head, neck, and body is fully supported allowing you to relax completely.

1

Do Not Listen While Driving or Operating Machinery

Hypnosis induces a state of deep relaxation, so it’s crucial to listen only when you’re free from responsibilities that require your full attention. Avoid using this session if you need to remain alert.

2

Intended for Daytime Listening

This recording includes an awakening phase at the end, designed to gently bring you back to an alert, refreshed state. You are welcome to listen more than once. Often people find that they experience a deeper state the more they experience hypnotherapy with me.
