Kate's Story — From Workplace Anxiety and Overwhelm to Confident and Present with her family

Workplace Anxiety, an Overwhelming Home Life, and Nowhere Left to Turn
Kate came to me at what she described as the most challenging point of her career. She was a working mum to children a boy and girl, managing workplace anxiety that had taken over her life - trying to hold down a demanding job, raise a young family, maintain her marriage, and find any time for herself at all.
At the centre of it was her manager. A relationship that had become so difficult it was eroding her confidence. Kate was on the edge of tears in meetings, terrified she'd lose composure in front of her manager, peers and team. She was second guessing herself, including her decisions, her ideas, her worth.
She was becoming paranoid about what people were thinking, reading into conversations, worrying about what was coming next as she felt very uneasy.
By the time she reached out, she was seriously considering whether she needed to leave, not because she wanted to but because she couldn't see another way through.
At home, the impact was just as real. After the chaos of the working day, she had little motivation to see friends or do anything at all. Sundays which should have been family days had become something to get through and often she was holding the dread of Monday and trying to prepare herself so even though she was with her children, she wasn't really present with them and this guilt was eating her up.

What Shifted
When we started working together 1-1 through The Freedom Formula™, what became clear quickly was that this wasn't just about managing a difficult manager underneath the work situation were deeper beliefs about her own worth, her capability, her right to take up space and speak with confidence. Beliefs that had been forming long before this job and this manager.
Through our therapy and hypnotherapy sessions, we went to those places. We worked on releasing the anxiety and overwhelm she'd been carrying, the not-enoughness, the fear of being seen to struggle, the exhaustion of constantly anticipating the worst. And we built something more solid in its place: a genuine sense of her own capability, her own authority, and her right to back herself fully.

I came to Emma at the point where workplace anxiety had taken over everything — work, home, weekends. She helped me find solid ground again, and I didn't expect how much of my life outside of work would change as a result
