What types of anxiety do you help with?

I work with generalised anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, high-functioning anxiety, panic attacks, and burnout-related anxiety. Many of my clients are women in leadership or high-pressure careers who also experience perfectionism, people-pleasing, imposter syndrome, and chronic overthinking.

Yes. I live in Nottingham and I work with women across the UK online via secure video call. My clients find that working with me online fits more easily into their lives. They also find that they feel more comfortable and able to relax, which aids the work we do together, especially hypnotherapy.

How many sessions will I need?
