Emma Draycott is a highly experienced and accredited Work Stress & Burnout Freedom Therapist and Hypnotherapist. 

She is the Founder of Your Freedom Formula and Rise and Recharge, with over 17 years of professional experience supporting individuals through various life stages.

Emma has built a thriving practice that empowers high-achieving women in professional careers to overcome anxiety, burnout, and perfectionism while embracing a life of balance, joy, and fulfilment.

Emma is dedicated to helping women create a version of success that aligns with their values, well-being, and true desires. She works with her clients to deeply understand their personal stories, identify and break free from limiting beliefs, and step confidently into their authentic power. Her mission is to create a world where women no longer sacrifice their well-being for the needs of others, but instead feel empowered to prioritise themselves and live with confidence, embracing their unique gifts.

Emma’s own journey from emotional and physical exhaustion, including diagnoses of Chronic Anxiety, Fatigue, and PTSD, to running a successful and fulfilling business informs the powerful therapeutic coaching methods she uses today. She believes that lasting change comes from combining inner healing with practical, actionable strategies and subconscious reprogramming—an approach that offers immediate relief and long-term transformation, often missed in traditional forms of support. By addressing both conscious habits and deeply ingrained subconscious beliefs, Emma helps women break free from the patterns that hold them back, creating lasting, meaningful shifts in their lives. When she’s not coaching, Emma enjoys spending time in nature with her dog (Joey the Pom), practising mindfulness, and connecting with loved ones.
